PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To move a mouse cursor only within the screen of a prescribed display device.

SOLUTION: A mouse cursor movable range setting part 192 sets the movable range of the mouse cursor within the screen of a primary monitor. When a mouse cursor movement limiting function is set to be on, a mouse cursor position control part 193 controls the position of the mouse cursor so that the mouse cursor can be prevented from being projected out of the screen of a primary monitor. When the mouse cursor is about to be moved from the screen of the primary monitor to the screen of a secondary monitor, a dialog display part 194 makes the primary monitor display a warning screen. This display controller may be applied to a personal computer.
