<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a seat belt to be worn even by a pregnant woman incapable of wearing the seat belt due to abdominal oppression from wearing of the seat belt by reducing the abdominal oppression and to avoid danger from not wearing the seat belt in impact such as an accident. <P>SOLUTION: A cushion 1 is placed on left and right sidebones and the seat belt 4 is attached thereto from above. Sagging of the seat belt 4 is eliminated, the cushion 1 and the seat belt 4 are mounted by a staple 2 and a space is created between the abdomen and the seat belt 4. Thereby, the abdominal oppression is reduced without relaxing the seat belt 4.
