<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out an appropriate treatment through effective measurement of voltage of each cell. <P>SOLUTION: In a DMFC stack, a plurality of MEAs equivalent to cells are laminated each through a separator 202. A voltage monitoring board 210 is fitted to the DMFC stack. A contact 214 is arranged on an underside of the board 210, and is provided with a plurality of elastic bodies each arrayed so as to face each of the plurality of separators 202.
