PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize a damage of equipment and recoded/reproduced data. SOLUTION: Capability that portable equipment falls is detected by structure for taking prior protection and defense measures for determining presence/absence of capability that a video camera falls in advance and protecting a head of a main storage medium while recording the recorded data before the video camera actually falls to other recording medium by providing a state detection circuit which performs state detection by various sensors.
