PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling and warming storage using a thermoelectric conversion device, capable of performing not only cold storage or warm storage by ensuring a wind passage for air circulation to uniformly stabilize the temperature, but also quick cooling or quick heating. SOLUTION: This storage comprises the thermoelectric conversion device 1 having two heat transfer surfaces 1a and 1b; a first heat exchanger 2 thermally connected to the heat transfer surface 1a; a second heat exchanger 4 thermally connected to the heat transfer surface 1b; a heat-insulated box 5 internally having a storage space 6; a first air supply means supplying air to the first heat exchanger 2; a second air supply means 8 circulating air to the second heat exchanger 4; a discharge port guiding the heat-exchanged air to the storage space 6; and a suction port 10 guiding the air in the storage space 6 to the second heat exchanger 4. The suction port 10 is arranged in opposition to the discharge port 9.
