PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture an inexpensive cutoff valve by facilitating design. SOLUTION: The cutoff valve is provided with a solenoid coil 1A, a yoke 1B, an attraction piece 1C, a plunger 1D, a guide pipe 1E, a flange 1F, a spring 1G, a valve element 1H, a valve seat 1I, an external power source 2, and a power supply switch 3.
