PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress deterioration in exhaust emission and fuel consumption and prevent accumulation of deposit to the injection hole of a first fuel injection valve, in a fuel injection control device for an internal combustion engine equipped with the first fuel injection valve directly injecting fuel into a cylinder and a second fuel injection valve injecting fuel into an intake port, or at least in an operating range in which fuel is supplied into the cylinder by the second fuel injection valve. SOLUTION: The smallest fuel injection ratio Kmin of the first fuel injection valve, at which the injection temperature of the first fuel injection valve is lower than a set temperature that prevents the accumulation of deposit, is determined based on an intake air quantity Ga and engine temperature Tw.
