PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shell panel construction method of use in sewage pipe rehabilitation, which is carried out by manpower, dispenses with special large-scale equipment such as a special feeding drum, a special power unit, and a power source car, and special engineers, requires only a narrow occupation area for performing the method, and contributes to reduction in manufacturing cost, construction cost, engineer training and instructing cost, safety control cost, etc. SOLUTION: The shell panel construction method of sewage pipe rehabilitation is carried out by molding a rehabilitation pipe member in a short semi-cylindrical shape by using hard polyvinyl chloride, transporting the rehabilitation pipe members via an existing manhole into an existing pipe to be rehabilitated, and manually connecting the semi-cylindrical shell-type rehabilitation pipe members together to thereby form the rehabilitation pipe.
