PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for avoiding inhibition of nucleic acid amplification reaction with a component contained in a medium, especially with a bile component by concentrating a sample to be tested so as to increase detection sensitivity in the case of carrying out genetic testing with regard to a cell body obtained by a culture process and a method for amplifying a nucleic acid using the method. SOLUTION: The method for avoiding inhibition of nucleic acid amplification reaction with the bile component by using an enriched culture solution containing a cell body obtained by a culture process as a testing sample and removing a bile component in the culture solution by centrifugal concentration and alkali treatment is provided in a method for amplifying a nucleic acid derived from a cell body.
