PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting device capable of working while easily removing cutting chips produced in cutting. SOLUTION: This NC working device is furnished with a rotary head 10, a spindle shaft 20 provided on the rotary head 10 and an axial vane 30 detachably provided on the spindle shaft 20, and the axial vane 30 is further furnished with a dust collecting part 60 to discharge cutting pieces in working by generating an axial flow in the direction of a cutting tool 40 in accordance with rotation of the spindle shaft 20 and to collect the cutting pieces and easily stores and discards the cutting pieces.
