PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper chip and paper dust removing device for corrugated paper or paper product, precisely removing paper chips and paper dust from large and small punched part of individual corrugated paper or paper products without a punching tool and without damaging the printed surface. SOLUTION: This paper chip and paper dust removing device for corrugated paper or paper products includes: elastic rolls 11A to 11C for pressing and removing dregs 102 of a punched part; an elastic roll 31 with a projection for removing the dregs 102; a pair of rolls 41 with a brush of two or more steps for scraping off the dregs 102; air nozzles 12A to 12D for applying pneumatic pressure to a work 102 suitably disposed between the elastic rolls 11A to 11C, the elastic roll 31 with a projection and paired rolls 41 with a brush to remove paper chips, paper dust and dust; and a dust collecting means 50 disposed below the elastic rolls 11A to 11C, the elastic roll 31 with a projection, the paired rolls 41 with a brush and the air nozzles 12A to 12D to collect the removed dregs and dust.
