Composition (I) (having an continuous aqueous phase) for make-up and/or care of the keratinous material, comprises: an aqueous dispersion of polymer particles (equal or higher than 5 wt.%) other than a copolymer (obtained by condensation of di-ethyleneglycol, cyclohexane di-methanol, isophthalic acid and sulfoisophtalic acid); a polyelectrolyte; and a tensio-active agent having hydrophilic lipophilic balance (HLB) equal or higher than 6.
