摘要 Method for reconditioning ducts in air conveying or processing networks, which envisages an initial step involving selection of a first duct section to be treated situated between two openings with recognition of the measurement data identifying its geometric form. Any further openings in communication with the selected duct section are then closed by means of plugs. At this point a step is performed, involving generation, by means of ventilation means, of an air flow with maximum turbulence at a constant flowrate between the two openings, followed by a step involving generation inside the air flow, by atomization means, of an aerosol consisting of a film-forming product with liquid droplets of predetermined average size, in the vicinity of an upstream section of the duct to be treated relative to the direction of movement of the air flow. The droplets containing polymer precursors are deposited on the inner surface of the duct forming a liquid film which, after a crosslinking step, results in the formation of a uniform and continuous solid coating. The measurement data identifying the geometric form of the duct to be treated are converted during a calculation step performed using a model into at least one pair of values for the flowrate and average size of the droplets, respectively. The two steps involving generation of the air flow and generation of the aerosol are therefore performed by defining the pair of values for the flowrate and average droplet size, respectively, obtained from the calculation step. With the method in question it is possible to produce remotely a continuous and uniform coating of polymer resins over all the inner surfaces of the walls of ducts of any geometric form so as to renovate the interface between the ducts and the air fluid conveyed inside them, covering the contaminating deposits.
