PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save energy by lowering the lower limit outdoor air temperature conditions for outdoor air cooling and widening the outdoor air cooling range thereby decreasing the chance of using a cooling coil in cooling operation. SOLUTION: When outdoor air cooling is effective, a return damper is fully opened whereas a bypass damper and a face damper are fully closed under total return operating state. The face damper is opened as the outdoor air cooling increases under a state where the return damper is fully opened and the bypass damper is fully closed and then the bypass damper is opened while throttling the return damper and the face damper as the outdoor air cooling increases from a state where the face damper is fully opened. |
