PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold for press-processing decorative sheets to a trim body and for grain forming-treating the sheets which is capable of the press processing of the sheets of a thin specification and a thick specification by the same mold. SOLUTION: The pressing mold 40 is composed of a pressing upper mold 50 capable of vertical movement for setting the trim body 11, and a pressing lower mold 60 having a vertically movable pressing core 62 on which the decorative sheets 20 and 30 are mounted. A grain forming bar 63 is installed on the periphery of the core 62. In the support structure of the core 62, the guide shaft 62a of the core 62 is supported by individual ejector pins 65 through freely attachable/detachable cushioning springs 64. When the sheet 20 of the thin specification is used, the ejector pins 65 are locked, and the core 62 is moved vertically by the elasticity of the springs 64. When the sheet 30 of the thick specification is used, the springs 64 are detached, and the core 62 is moved vertically by driving the cylinders 66 of the ejector pins 65. |
