An assembly for attaching detection unit, in particular for detecting tire pressure, to rim, includes a detection unit receiving detection components; a valve body; a sealing mechanism for providing a seal between the valve body and the rim; a mechanism for holding the valve body in position on the rim; and a module for connecting detection unit to valve body. An assembly (M) of a detection unit (100) inside a tire attached to the body (300) of a valve (V), comprises a detection unit receiving detection components, and a valve body. The tire has a rim. A sealing mechanism (400) is included for providing a seal between the valve body and the rim (200). A mechanism (500) is provided for holding the valve body in position on the rim which is preformed with a connection aperture (210). A module is provided for connecting the detection unit to the valve body. At least one of the elements of the assembly, aside from the sealing mechanism, is preformed so that a portion of this element penetrates the connection aperture to engage it when the assembly is subjected to tangential stresses. |
