The device has a manual control unit comprising tactile control keys (5) disposed around a visible portion of a display screen (3). The keys are activated by a user`s finger which is supported on a case in a predetermined zone of a touch sensitive section of the keys, in an operation mode. The control unit has a control button (6) which is pressed by the finger to pass the keys from a rest mode to the operation mode.
