The method for multiplexing at least one transport channel in flexible position comprises a step of distributing transport channels withing a first list (L) and a second list (R). It includes : A) distributing the transport channels within : a set (ETCS) of explicitly detectable transport channels, and a set (GTCS) of guided transport channels, B) for successively each transport channel of the set of explicitly detectable transport channels (ETCS) : B1) calculating, for the first and second lists (L, R), a list criterion vector having a robustness index (x i,2 ) depending on the transport channel robustness of the channels contained in the list, and B2) distributing the current transport channel into the list having the current greatest robustness index, and by distributing in the same list, the or each guided channel for which the last distributed channel is a guiding channel.
