Linear rolling bearing

The linear anti-friction bearing for mounting on a guide rail (5) has a carriage with a body (1) that has a transport channel (18) and a return channel (19) linked by a turning channel (25) for the rolling components (4). Polymeric guides are fitted in the channels. The guides in the transport and return channels are produced in a single manufacturing stage by injection moulding, while the guides in the turning channel consist of turning components (3) which are detachably fastened to the carriage body. The turning components are built into the body and are accessible from a chamber (2) behind them.
