An agent with very low boiling point like air, nitrogen, methane, oxygen, is pumped under pressure and below a critical temperature into a low grade geothermal area. The low grade geothermal area holds gas at a pressure similar to the gas in natural oil and gas wells. Electricity is generated based upon retrieval of the agent.
