<p>Title cpds. of formula (I) where R and R' = H, alkyl, hydroxyalkyl, hydroxyalkyloxyalkyl, phenylalkyl (phenyl being opt. substd. by halogen, alkyl, alkoxy, amino or CF3), R2 = H or alkyl, one symbol X = Cl and the others = H. The alkyl groups have 1-5C atoms. The cpds. are active as antidepressants, analgesics, anticonvulsants and tranquillisers, and may be prepared by the reduction of the 10 (or 11) oxime followed if desired, by alkylation etc.</p> |
