The proposed integrated optical generator of a single pulse contains a substrate with an insulating reflecting layer, the first optical waveguide, which is formed at the surface of the reflecting layer, a reference radiation source, six active optical filters, six photodetectors with output diffraction arrays, passive optical filters with input and output diffraction arrays, intermediate optical waveguides with input diffraction arrays, and an output optical waveguide. The input of the first intermediate optical waveguide is coupled with an input optical radiation source. The control input of the optical radiation source is used as the input of the proposed generator. At the input of the fourth active optical filter, a diffraction array is provided. Inactive areas of the optical waveguides are coated with light-reflecting material. The diffraction arrays are used as optical coupling elements. The output of the output optical waveguide and the output of the second optical waveguide are accordingly used as the first output and the second output of the proposed generator.
