TECHNIQUE FOR URETEROSIGMOANASTOMOSIS WITH ANTIREFLUX PROTECTION

The technique for ureterosigmoanastomosis with antireflux protection comprises sigmotomy and implantation of the ureter into the sigmoid colon. When the ureter is broadened by more than 1 cm, its terminal part is modeled with generation of two canals. The ureter is passed under the visceral sigmoid mesocolon. Ureterosigmoanastomosis is applied by turning out the distal part of the ureter to the intraureteral suture generating the ostium for two ureteral canals.
