Separation element consists of vertical cylindrical branch pipe with tangential slots for preliminary separation of the liquid, which are connected with the drain pocket, swirler with a fairing inside mounted in the lower part of the vertical cylindrical branch pipe, and vertical cylindrical branch pipe separator mounted above upper part. Inside the separator two intermediate branch pipes are coaxially mounted after each other executed in the form of diffusers and two distributive partitions with a perforation in the wall of separator are located above them. The fairing of the swirler is executed in the form of two cone-shaped bodies connected with the common apex, and coaxially mounted in the lower part of the vertical cylindrical branch pipe, in walls of which tangential channels for gas supply are executed.
