METHOD FOR FORMATION OF MODULE STRUCTURES FOR METAL SHELLS MADE OF SHEET STRIP

Method for formation of module structures for metal shells made of sheet strip through bending and connection the ends of separate elements, the upperlayers of material of those are first cut along the whole bending line by depth equal to 1/50 or 1/10 of the thickness of the sheet strip. One connects two structural elements, each of those is arranged as a 3-like open contour through performing in sequence three sequential steps of bending - with cuts inside, with cuts outside and with cuts to inside; at that the process of formation of the 3-like open circuit one begins either from the first, or the third step, or from the middle one - with formation of triangular, rectangular or trapeze-like turn planes.
