A form is set by snap action on the base while an opposite form is lodged into a special housing at the end of the machine. At one end of the machine, we mix up one sack of gypsum with 10 litres of water; we spread 1/4 of the mix quantity over the base and a gauze covered subsequently by the 1/4 of the initial gypsum left on the gauze for 3 to 5 minutes until dried before the remainder of the gypsum is spread thereon. Set into operation, the machine moves in both directions for 15 minutes thereabouts until the gypsum is dried. The form, at each movement, is connected by snap action to an oppositely-cut form, with no debris retained. After the process is finished, the gypsum is cut out at 1,40m at the point of the bench where a gap for the saw introduction is formed. . |
