Apparatus for burning solid domestic waste has furnace, tank for loading solid waste, tank with feeder, after-burner of smoke gas with gas duct and unit of ash unloading. Additionally apparatus is equipped with drum connected to turbine with condenser, tank for loading solid waste and tank with feeder placed at opposite sides of the furnace, this has in the upper part screen surface arranged as pipe rows installed there, and in the lower part - burners and separating partition. After-burner of smoke gas arranged as cyclone is connected to the upper part of the furnace by gas duct, and the drum is connected to the screen surface.
