A device for twisting the wire ends contains the wiring for the wire with inlet and outlet areas, vertical shaft with the drive for its additional vertical displacement and two mobile guides with the tongs, which are located at an angle to the shaft, at upper end of which the rack is axially mounted, from both sides of which on the housing of device the segment gears with the rod and the fingers for wire are hinged. The device contains the breaker mounted at the lower end of the vertical shaft of device. The breaker contains the spline shaft mounted in the housing, said shaft is connected with the gear drive connected with the screw pair, and interacting with the drive and rotary shaft equipped with immovable disks.
