METHOD FOR MEASURING OXIDATIVE MODIFICATION OF PROTEINS IN PLACENTAL STRUCTURES

The method for measuring the oxidative modification of proteins in the placental structures consists is staining the histological specimen with specific stains followed by the visual assessment of the staining intensity of the protein groups. Bromophenolic blue is used for staining by Mickel-Calvo. The visual assessment of the staining intensity is performed by computed microspectrometry. RGB coloration is assessed by the ratio of green and blue spectral components.
