A method of supply of lubrication-cooling fluid (LCF) includes formation of jet of fluid, this comprises of the LCF and water, directed to the zone of contact of the instrument and the part. The jet formed is forced to rotate round its long axis as aturning jet with linear speed 0.6-0.7 of the cutting speed and with angular rotary rate being 0.55-0.65 of the linear speed.
