METHOD FOR TREATING POSTHEMORRHAGIC ANEMIA

The proposed method for treating posthemorrhagic anemia consists in determining the total loss of blood by the patient, determining the content of endogenous erytropoietin in the blood serum of the patient by immune-enzyme analysis and the type of erytropoesis reaction in the loss of blood by the patient, and accomplishing the treatment by changing the content of recombinant erytropoietin in the presence of areactive or hyperreactive erytropoesis reaction. The content of erytropoietin is determined in the case when the total loss of blood exceeds 20 % of the total blood volume.
