The ladder has stands rigidly fixed with the cross elements, rotary platform, this is hinged to the cross element, barriers as sheet springs fixed to each other without possibility of motion in parallel to each other, with the ends directed towards the stands, and flexible element. The lower cross element is equipped with central bypass block. The stands are arranged tubular and have restrictors as reborings in which with gap corresponding to the value of deformation of the flexible element supports are placed, those are rigidly fixed at that flexible element installed inside the tubular stands with possibility of interaction with the central bypass block placed under the platform and equipped with safety brake mechanism. The ends of the flexible element are fixed without possibility of motion at cable-carrying drum, this has accumulating part of the flexible element. The supports are installed with possibility of springy interaction with the ends of the sheet springs of the barrier.
