METHOD FOR PROGRAMMABLE SANITIZATION LAPAROSTOMY IN PANCREONECROSIS

The method for he programmable sanitization laparostomy in pancreonecrosis comprises applying laparostomic sutures. The tubular sutures from polyvinylchloride are applied through all the layers of theabdominal wall at the distance of 4-5 cm from the edges of the laparotomic wound followed by their fastening until the mutual approaching of the woundedges. The perforated drainage is put into the subcutaneous fat and extended through the counteraperture below the lower corner of the laparotomic wound.
