INSTALLATION FOR PILE DRIVING BY PRESSING-IN

The installation for pile driving by pressing-in includes the crane with the running gear and the rotary parts. At the rotary part the front and the rear frames are mounted, with telescopic hydro-supports, pile-drive mast, drive unit with cable-block immersion system. The loader is installed at the front frame with possibility of displacement in long direction. The rigid plate is fixed at the running gear with possibility of displacement along it. To increase the force of the pile driving, the front and the rear frames are rigidly connected by long frame on which in the place of joint with the back frame fixed part of the cable-block polyspast is placed, its movable part is as hook casing. The cables of the polyspast go through angle blocks fixed at the head of the pile-drive mast. The mast is reinforced by truss member and is equipped with guys. At the rear frame sites are provided to place there the additional loading unit.
