UNIT OF CONNECTION OF THE PANS OF RAKE CONVEYOR (VARIANTS)

A unit of connection of the pans of rake conveyor contains two pans with bottoms attached to each other. Shares are attached by lower sides to the bottoms. The connecting element of the unit is mounted on the lugs of the pan. Shutters are placed in the grooves on the ends of shares and bottoms. The grooves are directed from the shares toward the pans. The shares are made in the form of inclined sheets connected by upper sides with the pans in such a manner that the connecting element is located below the level of the external surface of the sheet of share. The shutter is made in the form of an inclined plate, the angle of inclination of which coincides with the angle of inclination of the sheet of share. The plate of the shutter near sides, which are contiguous with the ends of shares, is equipped with vertical edges. On the external surfaces of edges the pins set into the grooves of shares and bottoms are located. Front areas of the edges of shutter turned toward the pans contact with the pans and connecting element. The shutter is retained in grooves by U-shaped clamps located in the recessions on the edge of surfaces of the plate of shutter combined with the seats on the ends of shares. In the second embodiment of the unit of connection of the pans of rake conveyor, the share has a groove from one edge of shutter, and the groove from another edge of shutter is made in the bottom only. Share with a groove has a seat on its end. With the seat the recession is combined which is executed on one edge of surface of the plate ofshutter. U-shaped clamp is set in the seat and recession. Pins in this embodiment of the unit ensure the deployment of the shutter between the shares at removed clamp.
