Device for cutting the bars contains a housing, stationary and moving bushing knives and a mechanism of displacement of moving bushing knife with the drive shaft. Moving bushing knife is mounted in the holder with a displacement relative to its axis. Driving shaft is made with a cylindrical cavity, which is eccentric to its axis of revolution and is mounted on the supports located in the housing. Both holders are executed with cylindrical external surfaces and are mounted in the cylindrical cavity of the driving shaft.
