The closed guy system has a closed two-belt guy with vertical links resting at the bend places at stationary rollers fixed on the support elements, between those non-stationary rollers are placed with possibility of displacement in horizontal plane. It is equipped at both ends with two additional drums, through the upper and the lower parts of those additional surrounding-closed loop-like guy goes, with rollers and vertical links , with formation of tightening upper and supporting lower belts of the continuous symmetrical, or conditionally symmetrical four-belt closed guy system with hinged fixation of one or both drums at its outer belts; at that each of four end upper and lower ends of theclosed loop-like guy goes round three additional, two of those are stationary, and the middle one is non-stationary, outer rollers fixed at the outer support elements with formation of locally-symmetrical three-section inclined roller system of each support element with possibility of displacement of the non-stationary roller along the local inclined axis of symmetry; besides that the rollers placed in the places of the inner bend of the closed loop-like guy in both ends of the span are rigidly fixed, symmetrically in pairs, to the end sections of each of two support drums, and in the middle parts of those, in each, two pairs of non-stationary rollers with opposite directions, those are placed between two pairs of stationary ones, with possibility of displacement of those in horizontal plane.
