The method involves placing a circular shaped paste base within a hot oven for about 30 seconds, where paste is not remained in the base. The paste is kept on an entire top surface (3) of a seasoning unit. Dough (1) is rolled along with the seasoning unit. Multiple toothpicks are closed and introduce into the oven for 6 to 7 minutes until perfect cooking of the dough. The toothpicks are removed and a roll is placed on a plate and a tray.
