The device has an interchangeable interface (A) made of sliding material, fixed on an inner and outer rail (B1) of a standardized fixed helical rail and comprising fixation holes (E). The interface presents a dimension which is determined based on a passage (x) necessary for the guiding of a metallic piece inserted in a guiding system. Two connection units (C, D) permit transversal adjustment between the interface and the helical rail.
