A service head comprises a housing having an internal passageway and a member-receiving cavity which opens through an outer surface thereof, and an extruded member received in the member-receiving cavity. The extruded member has an accessor y support track that is accessible through an opening in the outer surface. The accessory support track is configured to support at least one patient care accessory. The passageway is configured to allow routing of at least one service line therethrough to couple to the at least one patient care accessory.
