The device has a strap (2) with a small buckle to be held by a hand and a large buckle to be placed at level of a shoulder. The strap has two ends (1, 8) stitched at the level of the small buckle. A snap hook (5) is placed at the level of the small buckle for carrying a handle of a bag. The belt has an adjustment device to adjust a length of the large buckle, and cushioned reinforcements (3, 4) at contact point of the shoulder and hand.
