<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a system and a method for acquiring a consent to a privacy policy, capable of easily grasping whether a customer sufficiently understands the privacy policy or not in a Web site accessible only by members. <P>SOLUTION: In this system for acquiring a customer's consent to privacy policy in the membership Web site comprising a Web site server and a customer terminal mutually connected through a communication network, the customer terminal comprises a log-in means by a temporary ID and a privacy policy consenting means operating a consent button within a privacy policy page, and the Web site server comprises a temporary ID delivery means delivering the temporary ID to the customer terminal, a privacy policy page transmitting means transmitting the privacy policy page to the customer terminal, a consent log recording means recording a received log of consenting operation of privacy policy, and a profile registration means displaying a profile registration means on the customer terminal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
