PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multichannel audio system by which the interference of AM radio reception caused by noise from a switching power supply can be easily avoided. SOLUTION: When the interference of the AM radio reception occurs due to a state that an AM radio reception frequency becomes close to an oscillation frequency of the switching power supply 12 and its integral multiple frequency during the AM radio reception, operation and operation stop of a power amplifier circuit of a channel not used during the AM radio reception are switched, and the oscillation frequency is changed by changing a load current of the switching power supply 12.
