PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of making the whole thickness of an electrooptical apparatus and the thickness of an electronic apparatus thin when arranging the electrooptical apparatus including both a display section and a sounder in the inside of the electronic apparatus. SOLUTION: The electrooptical apparatus 1A includes: the display section 2 with a display area; a plurality of sounders 3a, 3b arranged to be overlapped with the display section 2 and generating sound; and a first frame 4 arranged between the display section 2 and the sounders 3a, 3b and supporting the display section 2. The first frame 4 forms an air chamber R1 for the plurality of sounders 3a, 3b.
