PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the variation of the external appearances of products and realize the improvement of the miscellaneous characteristics of the products, the cut-down of their dimensional faultiness, and the improvement of their workability, by using a presser jig. SOLUTION: The presser jig is, e.g., the one for fastening temporarily components 4 in the case of their solder-reflows. The presser jig has two sheets of presser plates 1, 2 for interposing the components 4 between them, and these presser plates 1, 2 are formed into the ladder-like ones having respectively a plurality of presser pieces 1a, 2a, and further, the plurality of components 4 are fastened temporarily and independently of each other by these presser pieces 1a, 2a.
