摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently obtain ventilation of a building required to live a healthy life determined by the Building Standard Law while making the most of advantages of a passive solar system house that can optimize solar energy utilization for indoor heating, air-conditioning, ventilation, dehumidification and water supply by constructing a house and a building flexibly coping with not only wind and other meteorological conditions but also external environmental conditions. <P>SOLUTION: In this solar system house, a solar heat collecting section formed with an air passage 2 is provided directly under a roof board 1, and a handling box 5 with a heat collecting fan 7 disposed, is connected to the solar heat collecting section. Further, a down duct 10 to the underfloor and an exhaust duct 9 to the outdoors are connected to the handling box 5. An underfloor air supply port 24 by means of an underfloor duct 23 opened to the outdoors is provided, and the underfloor duct 23 is provided with an electric damper 25. In the winter night or in the summer daytime when outdoor air is not led to the underfloor by the heat collecting fan 7 through the down duct 10, the electric damper 25 is opened to ventilate from the underfloor air supply port 24 through the underfloor space. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p>
