PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a bubble discharge property and an ink ejection property in an electrostatic actuator type inkjet recorder in a low power consumption type. SOLUTION: This inkjet recorder forms an image by ejecting an ink droplet from an electrostatic type inkjet head mounted on a carriage. The inkjet recorder is equipped with a sub-ink tank for temporarily storing the ink provided on an ink channel between the inkjet head and a main ink tank for storing the ink. The sub-tank comprises a heating member for heating the ink in the sub-ink tank and a temperature detection member for detecting a temperature of the ink in the sub-ink tank.
