PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily attach a cartridge holder to a chassis, and to simplify the mechanism thereof. SOLUTION: There are provided a pair of axial parts provided to the chassis 2 consisting of one axial part 32, having a circular cross section and the other axial part 33 having an elliptic cross section; the cartridge holder 1 which is provided with a first engaging hole 28, engaged with the one axial part 32 and a second engaging hole 29, having a continuously formed cutout part 37 and engaged with the other axial part 33 and which is turnably attached to the chassis 2; a regulation part 36 provided to the side wall on which the second engagement hole 29 of the cartridge holder 1 is formed; and a locking part 38 formed on a side edge of the chassis 2 and for locking the regulation part 36.
