PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a memory control device that can stably operate a memory by controlling the memory with optimum driving current. SOLUTION: The memory control device comprises a CPU 15 for acquiring model number information about every memory module, identifying voltage conditions corresponding to the model number information, detecting a maximum value VH and minimum value of clock voltage, and deciding on the value of selector data D1 as the value of the selector data D1 in a normal operation mode when both maximum value VH and minimum value VL meet the voltage conditions of the memory modules, a selector 13 for decoding the selector data D1 to output selector signals S1 to S8 to buffers 111 to 118, and the buffers 111 to 118 for driving clock lines CL1 to CL8 according to the selector signals S1 to S8 to determine the value of driving current.
