PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently perform processing by distributing the processing to a plurality of slave processors. SOLUTION: A module management part 41 of an image processing part 32 manages processing modules based on profile information related to the processing modules. A module selection part 42 selects, with respect to a processing module according to a "processing content" reported from a system control part 31, a processing module according to a "resource condition" from the processing modules managed by the management part 41 based on the profile information. The module selection part 42 acquires the selected processing module from the management part 41, and supplies it to a module control part 43. The module control part 43 supplies the processing module supplied from the selection part 42 to a slave processor management part 33 to make a predetermined slave processor execute the processing module.
